I thought i’d kick off my blogging with something I know my clients struggle with finding – belts.

Accessories really need to be built up over time – you can never find what you need when you are desparate of a certain style for a particular outfit. Therefore, its worth building up a collection of a few belts of different styles and colours to cover all potential outfits. One style that is a MUST this summer, especially to help define shape under potentially shapeless and baggy jersey things – t shirts, dresses – is a skinny belt. My current favourite – cheap as chips  at £6.99 and in a load of different colours – is from Uniqlo

They sold out immediately when they first came in a month ago, but I noticed this week that they had a new batch in store and available online, but be quick!

Another belt that is useful to own-  if you have a figure that cries out for waist definition – is a wide elasticated waist belt like this one from American Apparel, which again would be most useful in black but comes in a variety of colours and is only £12.

Well. here goes. my first blog entry! I have this blog set up and ready to go a couple of months ago but I have been so busy I havent had time to sit down and read about how to actually do it! So thats what i’ve been doing the last hour. Still not sure really what to do, but this is my first go and writing in the gap. I then need to have a bash at adding links and websites etc so that I can share information with anyone who is interested. Im not even sure if anyone will be, but my clients seem to think it will help them. My plan is to put links on here of anything I see while i’m out shopping that i think is a ‘must have’ item, a real bargin, plain useful, a real break the bank treat or just anything or anyone I love! So bare with me… i’m going to play for a bit before I release it on the world..
