I am now in my mid-thirties and I contacted Lizzie as although I was
happy with my work clothes, I had no clue how I should be dressing when
‘off- duty’.

Before working with Lizzie the way I dressed was unflattering and often made me feel less than confident.

Before working with Lizzie I tended to wear the same old clothes, which were looking rather dated and (as I have now found out) mostly the wrong sizes! I didn’t really have anything nice to wear on dates or to events requiring smart clothing. I came to Lizzie as I needed help choosing a whole new wardrobe ranging from casual to smart.

I had started to notice that my wardrobe was bulging with stuff that I hardly wore, and that my impulse shopping was a bit out of control. I had also lost some weight and wanted to get some new looks to reflect my improved confidence. 

I contacted Lizzie as I am in my early 30s, was looking to progress my career and I had been single for a while. I wanted to know how to dress with sophistication, in a way that wouldn’t age me, and wouldn’t break the bank. 

After I had my first baby I always felt like I never had anything to wear! All my clothes either didn’t fit or I didn’t like them. I also didn’t have the time to go to the shops to go shopping, and kept on sending stuff back that I ordered online. 

The referral to Lizzie came about as part of my employer’s formal annual review process. It was, perhaps, a slightly delicate subject, but the question arose as to whether I “looked like a potential partner” and the answer was not a unanimous ‘Yes’.

My new found ability to put outfits together has transformed my style, but most importantly my confidence. As well as a complete overhaul of my wardrobe I have had a complete change of mind set, that alone has been worth the investment. 

I knew my clothes were tired, unfashionable and due a complete overhaul, but I’ve never enjoyed shopping and would have no idea, typically, where to start.
